TANK CLEANER AND DEGREASER

TANKCLEAN HD is a heavy duty highly concentrated emulsifying solvent that quickly penetrates oil and grease deposits.
TANKCLEAN HD is used as a tank cleaner or for general degreasing.
The product can be used in a 1 to 6 % dosage in water for tank washing machinery and neat for spot cleaning and soak cleaning.
TANKCLEAN HD is a sightly amber colored fluid with the followingparameters:

Flash Point	102 °C
Freezing Point	-20 °C
pH	n.a
Density	0,95 g/ml (at 15°C)

1. Dosage

Direct injection of TANKCLEAN HD into tank washing machinery is recommended: dosage 1 -6 %. Best results are obtained by use of hot water.
Spot cleaning: undiluted TANKCLEAN HD can be sprayed over the tank surfaces to be cleaned and left for 30 – 120 minutes if possible. Wash out surfaces by using high pressure cleaning equipment.
Soak cleaning of parts: soak in undiluted product and rinse thoroughly.
